US Style Molle Panels for your Australian F150
The AusMotion Molle Panel range was the first to be developed and released in Australia, initially for the Ford Ranger. Now the range includes the Ranger’s big brother – The F150
Designed and manufactured in Western Australia, our F150 molle panels follow our common design with evenly spaced holes for M8 bolts and a series of slots for straps and molle bags to be attached easily.
Unlike some similar products from the US and Asia, AusMotion molle panels have pressed returns on almost all edges, creating a much stiffer panel than one that is all-flat.
The left-side rear panel includes a large cutout for access to the bed-side power outlet panel, but the right side does not. Please note that on Australian XLT models without the power outlet panel, the ribs in the bodywork will be visible through the large hole in the panel as we do not have an XLT specific panel design.
Front Section
Unlike the AusMotion Ranger and RAM molle panels, the F150 design used two separate panels for the front and rear – This is due to the large protrusions in the F150 side-wall that make it very difficult to develop a long, continuous panel.
Note that we do not currently sell the front and rear panels individually – Selecting the left or right side from the drop-down list above will include both the front and rear panels for that side of the vehicle.

Our molle panel system has been around since 2020, first introduced for the PX Ranger.
Manufactured from Australian Standard steel in Western Australia and powder coated in a tough three stage process, this durable panel provides multiple mounting options with a series of pre-cut holes, slots and cutouts. The panels allows you to secure your 4WD and camping accessories easily in the tub, without using bulky and heavy drawer systems.
Vehicle Compatibility
Please read the following in full to establish if this panel is suitable for your vehicle.
Suitable for the following vehicles.
- Australian delivered Ford F150 – XLT and Lariat
- Long and short wheelbase F150
- Imported F150 (2021 to 2023) including F150 Raptor
Compatibility With Other 4WD Accessories
Not suitable for vehicles fitted with:
- Bed Rug type carpet liners which have not been fitted tightly in the rear corners – If the carpet is fitted tightly, the molle panels can be installed.
- Swing cases.
- Dual battery system products that are already installed in the same part of the vehicle.
Installation can be achieved on vehicles fitted with:
- Spray-on surface treatments (Ford/VW factory spray-in liner, Raptor Line, Line-X).
- UteMaster load lid
- Ironman roller shutter
- Maxliner Canopies
- ARB Canopies.
- Aeroklas Canopies.
- Flexiglass Canopies.
- Other canopies that are clamped to the top lip of the tub only.
- Tonneau covers.

Installation Notes
Installation takes less than 30 minutes each side
For maximum rigidity, or when you plan to use the panel to secure ratchet straps or other loads that will pull the panel away from the side-wall, one additional hole needs to be drilled, just behind the wheel arch.
Pre-Cut Holes
Multiple holes pre-cut to suit M8 rivnuts/thread inserts (thread inserts not included).
Material and Finish
Structural grade, Australian Standard steel.
Powder coated black.
