Trade Customer FAQ
We don't currently off accounts with any kind of credit facility. As a small family run business we simply don't have the resources for the admin this would require. All trade accounts are COD with payment for goods and shipping required before shipping. Goods ordered through the website will need to be paid for at the time of order.
Yes - Our trade discount structure starts at 10% for a single item ordered through the website. Larger discounts are available on orders of 5 parts or more when ordered via email. The percentage discount available will be tailored to each customer, based on the products ordered, order quantity and the customer's total spend in recent months.
We can ship your order either using our normal courier service or your own TNT/FedEx account. Shipping is always charged at cost.
We can box multiple items either individually or several together in each box. Please bear in mind our normal courier has a 25kg weight limit per box.
Yes - We can drop-ship your customer's order directly to them. We can include any additional basic documentation that you'd like us to print and put in the box.
All AusMotion products will carry our brand name. However, for very large orders we can sometimes add your name alongside ours such as "Jim's Auto Service by AusMotion". The availability of this depends on the space on the product, the length of your business name and complexity of any logo etc.
We're based in Perth so please consider shipping times from here when scheduling work on your customer's vehicle.

Most trade customers order by email to shop@ausmotion.com as that gives us an opportunity to apply the most suitable discount for your order.
If you’d like to purchase directly through our website, please complete the form below. We will then setup your account and apply any agreed discount structure.
Account creation is a manual process during which we will verify the ABN and company details that you provide below. We will attempt to verify all pplications within 24hrs – If you would like check on the status of your application please email us.
