Australia’s Original Ranger Molle Panel System

Our molle panel system has been around since 2020, first introduced for the PX Ranger.

Manufactured from Australian Standard steel in Western Australia and powder coated in a tough three stage process, this durable panel provides multiple mounting options with a series of pre-cut holes, slots and cutouts. The panels allows you to secure your 4WD and camping accessories easily in the tub, without using bulky and heavy drawer systems.

Unique Two-Piece Design

Our panels are designed in two pieces, providing ultimate flexibility for your installation. The rear panel is easily accessible by reaching over the the top of the tub, or when standing at the tailgate and provides a strong mounting point for the front panel which, sits over the wheel arch.

Fully Engineered, Rated Capacity

Our Next-Gen Ranger and Amarok molle panels have been fully engineered, including FEA stress analysis of the panel and mounting components – This is what sets our panels apart from other brands.

The rear panel section is rated to support 15kg vertical loading and can withstand a ratchet strap being pulled tight from one side of the car to the other.

You can confidently strap jerry cans and other items to the panel, safe in the knowledge that it wont suffer permanent deformation or damage.

Which side?

This product is available to fit either the left or right side of the vehicle

To select which side you need, simply pick the appropriate option from the drop-down list when ordering.

The left side version has a large cutout for access to the switch and accessory panel.

The left and right side terminology used for all of our products is shown below. For Australia and New Zealand, the driver’s side is the right side.

With or without tub liner?

Many Ranger models in Australia have a plastic drop-in liner, particularly Wildtrak, Platinum and those with the factory-fitted roller shutter. We have versions to suit vehicles with and without the plastic liner, simply select the appropriate option.

Please note that non-genuine plastic liners such as Maxliner and ARB are not compatible with our molle panels.

If your Ranger has a spray-on surface treatment, either from factory or an aftermarket supplier such as Line-X, select the no-liner option.

Ford Load management Bars

Ranger Wildtrak and Platinum vehicles are often fitted with long aluminium rails on the side of the tub, these are known as the Ford Load Management Bars.

The AusMotion molle panels fit neatly around the load management bars utilising the same mounting brackets and may be installed in vehicles that have the Ford Factory roller shutter.

If your vehicle has these long aluminium bars, pick the option for Load Management Bar when ordering.

Factory-fitted roller shutter with tub liner

Many Ranger Raptor vehicles from 2024 onward are fitted with a roller shutter from the factory. When installed at the factory, the roller shutter is accompanied by a plastic tub liner.

Vehicle Compatibility

Please read the following in full to establish if this panel is suitable for your vehicle then use the drop-down lists above to pick the correct version for your vehicle.

Suitable for the following vehicles.

• Ford Ranger RA Series (commonly known as Next-Gen Ranger) – July 2022 onward.
• Ford Ranger RA Series Raptor – July 2022 onward.
• Volkswagen Amarok 2023 – January 2023 onward.

Compatibility With Other 4WD Accessories

Not suitable for vehicles fitted with:

• RSi Smart Canopy.
• Canopies with large or bulky “legs” that sit in the corner of the tub.
• Some tub racks, hard lids or other equipment that attaches to the side wall of the tub.
• Bed Rug type carpet liners which have not been fitted tightly in the rear corners – If the carpet is fitted tightly, the molle panels can be installed.
• Swing cases.
• Dual battery system products that are already installed in the same part of the tub such as wheel arch battery trays.

Installation can be achieved on vehicles fitted with:

• Spray-on surface treatments (Ford/VW factory spray-in liner, Raptor Line, Line-X).
• ARB compressor installed in the default ARB location between the skins of the tub.
• UteMaster load lid – Including version with middle support leg.
• Full-length or half length sports bar.
• Maxliner Canopies
• ARB Canopies.
• Aeroklas Canopies.
• Flexiglass Canopies.
• Other canopies that are clamped to the top lip of the tub only.
• Tonneau covers.

Installation Notes

Installation takes less than one hour per side.

No-drill installation, using original factory holes in the body.

New bolts included where required.

Pre-Cut Holes

Multiple holes pre-cut to suit M8 rivnuts/thread inserts (thread inserts not included).
