  1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship direct orders placed via our website to Australia and New Zealand. For customers outside of Australia and New Zealand seeking international delivery, please contact us or visit our eBay store where worldwide international shipping options are available.

  1. Order Handling & Dispatch Timeframes
  • In-Stock Products: We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 to 4 business days of order confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding Western Australian public holidays). On rare occasions, delays may occur during peak production periods or packaging procurement.
  • Made-to-Order & Fabricated Items: Products requiring external fabrication processes (such as precision laser cutting or powder coating) are subject to variable supplier lead times. While production cycles typically complete within 2 to 4 weeks, these timeframes are estimates and subject to workshop scheduling. Customers will receive progress updates and tracking details as soon as batch processing is completed and the order is prepared for dispatch.
  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number and courier confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
  1. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Transit Times

We partner with established logistics providers to ensure reliable transit:

  • Domestic Deliveries (Australia-wide): We utilize Aramex for metropolitan areas and Australia Post for regional destinations and PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. Estimated transit time is typically 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • New Zealand Deliveries: Shipped via Australia Post International Standard / Express, with typical transit times of 5 to 10 business days.
  1. Shipping Rates & Calculations

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the products selected, destination address, and total order package dimensions/weight. For single-item purchases, specific standard rates apply based on the item dimensions and are visible in the cart before finalizing payment.

  1. Local Pickup (Perth Metro Customers Only)

Customers located in the Perth metropolitan area may select local pickup by entering the discount coupon code “perthpickup” during checkout to remove freight charges.

  • Collection Notification: Local pickup is by appointment only. We will notify you via SMS when your order has been packaged and is ready for collection.
  • Policy Notice: The perthpickup code is strictly valid for customers physically collecting their order. If an order outside the Perth metropolitan area applies this code without prior arrangement, goods will not be dispatched until an invoice for the required delivery freight has been issued and settled.
  1. Returns, Exchanges & Change of Mind
  • Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty, damaged, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, we will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Change-of-Mind Returns: If you mistakenly order the wrong item or no longer require it, AusMotion may accept an exchange or return for standard off-the-shelf items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in original resalable packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and administrative processing.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return postage fees for discretionary/change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at shop@ausmotion.com with photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging so we can lodge a claim with the freight carrier.
  1. Return Postal Address & Authorisation

Please contact us at shop@ausmotion.com prior to returning any item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). To prevent missed deliveries at our workshop, all parcels must be sent to our secure postal receiving address:
